MANAGED AUTOMATION SERVICES

Your bots, run around the clock.

We monitor, support and improve your automation estate 24×7 under agreed SLAs, including bots built by other teams or vendors.

THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES

Bots decay without an owner.

Automation is software that depends on other people's software. Every ERP patch, browser update, password expiry and changed report layout can break a bot. When the build team has moved on, failures sit unnoticed until a business user asks why the payments did not go out.

Managed automation puts a named team on the estate. We watch queues and job states in real time, triage failures against run books, fix what breaks, and test bots ahead of planned application changes. Each month you see what ran, what failed, why, and what we improved.

Proactive monitoring.

Alerts on faulted jobs, stuck queues, missed schedules and disconnected robots.

Tiered support.

L1 restarts and triage, L2 diagnosis and configuration, L3 code fixes and enhancements.

Change-aware.

Upcoming application releases trigger regression testing before they hit production.

We take over.

Bots built by others are assessed, documented and brought under support.

WHAT WE DELIVER

Run, fix and improve.

24×7 monitoring

Orchestrator and Control Room dashboards, queue ageing, job failures and infrastructure health watched around the clock.

01

L1, L2 and L3 support

Ticket handling through your ITSM tool, from job restarts and data fixes to code changes and redeployment.

02

Incident and change management

Priority definitions, escalation paths, root-cause analysis for major incidents, and controlled change releases.

03

Application-change regression

Test runs against new versions of SAP, Oracle, portals and browsers before they reach production.

04

Licence and infrastructure health

Robot utilisation, machine capacity, certificate and password expiry, and orchestrator database maintenance.

05

Reporting and improvement

Monthly service reviews covering volumes, success rates, exceptions, SLA performance and an improvement backlog.

06
OUR APPROACH

From handover to steady state.

01

Assess the estate

We inventory bots, schedules, credentials, dependencies and documentation, and run each bot to establish a health baseline.

02

Close the gaps

Missing run books, logging and alerting are added. Fragile bots are flagged for remediation before SLAs start.

03

Agree SLAs

We set response and resolution targets by priority and support tier, aligned to the business impact of each process.

04

Transition and shadow

Our team shadows the incumbent, then takes the lead with the incumbent on call, then runs the service on its own.

05

Run and improve

Recurring failures feed a problem backlog. Fixes, enhancements and retirements are planned with you each month.

WHAT TO EXPECT

What a managed estate typically looks like.

24×7

Coverage

Failures at 3 a.m. are picked up and fixed before the business opens.

Fewer

Repeat incidents

Root-cause fixes stop the same failure from recurring every month.

Faster

Recovery

Run books and clean logs shorten diagnosis from hours to minutes.

Clear

Visibility

Monthly reports show what the estate delivered and what it cost.

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

Can't see yours? Ask an automation architect

Can you support bots built by another vendor?

Yes. We start with an estate assessment, document each bot, add logging and alerting where it is missing and agree which bots need remediation before full SLAs apply.

What SLA tiers do you offer?

Typically business-hours, extended-hours and 24×7 tiers, with response and resolution targets by priority. Critical processes such as payment runs or regulatory filings usually sit on the 24×7 tier.

How do you handle application changes?

We ask to join your change calendar. When a dependent application is scheduled for an update, we run regression tests in a test environment and fix bots before the change reaches production.

Who has access to our production credentials?

Bots use credentials from your vault. Our support engineers get named, role-based access, every action is logged, and access reviews follow your security policy.

Are enhancements included?

Each contract includes a pool of hours for small enhancements and continuous improvement. Larger changes are scoped and approved separately.
