Power Automate, engineered for production.
We build cloud flows and desktop flows that hold up beyond the pilot, with environment strategy, DLP policies and proper ALM from the first solution.
Close to the data, easy to sprawl.
Power Automate sits inside Microsoft 365. Cloud flows reach Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse and hundreds of SaaS systems through connectors. Desktop flows cover the legacy applications connectors cannot. For organisations already standardised on Microsoft, it is often the lowest-friction way to automate.
The same ease creates risk. Flows built in the default environment under personal accounts break when people leave. Premium connectors, unattended desktop runs and AI Builder credits carry their own licensing. We set up environments, DLP policies, service accounts and solution-based ALM before scaling, so citizen developers and pro developers can work side by side safely.
Approval flows, document routing and SaaS integration inside Microsoft 365.
High-volume unattended desktop work, where machine capacity and licensing need planning.
Wide citizen-developer programmes without environment and DLP strategy.
What we build with Power Automate.
Event-driven cloud flows
Triggers on email, SharePoint, Dataverse and webhooks, with scopes for try and catch, retry policies and run-after handling.
01Unattended desktop flows
Power Automate Desktop flows on machine groups for legacy and thick-client applications, called from cloud flows with queued runs.
02AI Builder document processing
Invoice and custom document models with confidence checks, plus approvals in Teams for low-confidence fields.
03Dataverse-backed process apps
Work-item tables, status tracking and audit history in Dataverse, surfaced through model-driven or canvas apps.
04Custom connectors
OpenAPI-defined connectors to internal APIs and line-of-business systems, secured with Entra ID and environment variables.
05Copilot Studio agents
Conversational agents that call flows as tools, grounded on approved knowledge sources with defined escalation paths.

Connect
Standards we apply on Power Automate.
- Every production flow lives in a solution, never in the default environment
- Connections owned by service accounts or service principals, not individuals
- Environment variables and connection references for every environment-specific value
- DLP policies agreed before connectors are used in production
- Try, catch and finally scopes with run-after settings on every flow
- Idempotent writes and concurrency control on triggers that can fire twice
- Secrets held in Azure Key Vault and referenced, never pasted into actions
- Managed solutions promoted through pipelines from dev to test to production
- Flow run history exported for monitoring beyond the default retention window
Governance first, flows second.
Baseline
Inventory existing flows, environments, connectors in use and licence entitlements.
Govern
Set the environment model, DLP policies, service accounts and ALM pipeline.
Build
Develop flows inside solutions with reusable child flows and shared error handling.
Test and release
Run UAT in a test environment and promote managed solutions to production.
Hand over
Train makers, document flows and set up monitoring through the CoE toolkit.
We already have hundreds of flows in the default environment. Where do we start?
We inventory them, rank by business criticality and owner risk, and move the critical ones into solutions under service accounts first.
When should we use desktop flows instead of connectors?
Only when no connector or API exists for the target system. Desktop flows need machines, licences and selector maintenance, so we treat them as a last resort.
Is AI Builder accurate enough for invoices?
For common layouts it often is. We measure it on your documents, set confidence thresholds and route low-confidence fields to a Teams approval.
Can citizen developers keep building after you leave?
Yes. We set guardrails, templates and a review path so makers can build in their own environments while production stays controlled.
