The back office behind the shop floor.
We automate the order, procurement, quality and reporting work that keeps plants running. ERP, MES and supplier portals finally talk to each other.
Thin margins leave no room for rework.
Manufacturers run on ERP, yet much of the data that feeds it still arrives as PDFs, emails and portal downloads. Customer purchase orders are re-keyed as sales orders. Supplier invoices are matched to goods receipt notes by hand. Plant data is copied into spreadsheets for daily reports.
Every delay ripples through. A late sales order holds up production planning. An unmatched invoice holds up a supplier who then holds up material. Automation here is about keeping data accurate and moving at the speed of the plant.
Each customer and supplier sends orders, confirmations and invoices in its own layout.
Plants, company codes and legacy instances make master data hard to keep consistent.
Certificates of analysis, test reports and vendor declarations need tracking and expiry control.
Where automation pays in manufacturing.
Sales order entry
Read customer purchase orders from email and EDI fallbacks, map part numbers, check prices against contracts and create sales orders in the ERP.
01Procure-to-pay
Raise purchase orders from approved requisitions, chase confirmations, run three-way match against GRN and invoice, and route variances.
02Production reporting
Collect shift output, scrap and downtime from MES exports and plant spreadsheets, and publish a daily operations report before the morning meeting.
03Quality records
Capture inspection results and certificates of analysis, link them to batches and raise non-conformance records when values fall outside limits.
04Vendor onboarding and compliance
Collect tax registrations, bank details and certifications, validate them and track expiry dates with automated reminders.
05Material master maintenance
Validate new material requests against naming rules, detect likely duplicates and create records across plants with consistent data.
06Inventory and stock reconciliation
Compare physical counts, warehouse system stock and ERP balances, then prepare adjustment proposals with evidence.
07Export and dispatch documentation
Generate invoices, packing lists and shipping instructions from ERP data and file them with the right carrier or forwarder.
08Warranty and service claims
Register dealer claims, validate serial numbers and warranty terms, and prepare credit notes for approved claims.
09Considerations we design for.
- Tolerance rules for price and quantity variances agreed with finance before build
- Plant, company code and batch context carried through every transaction
- SOX-style controls on vendor bank detail changes and payment runs
- GST e-invoicing and e-way bill data validated before submission
- Traceability from batch to certificate to customer shipment
- Bot activity separated from MES and shop-floor control systems
- Change windows aligned to ERP freeze periods at month end
- Supplier data handled under the DPDP Act 2023 where it identifies individuals
Cleaner data, steadier plants.
Order entry
Customer orders reach production planning on the day they arrive.
Invoice holds
Matching runs continuously, so variances surface early.
Plant reporting
Operations reviews start with current numbers.
Vendor documents
Expired certificates are flagged before they block a receipt.
Can you work with SAP, Oracle and older ERPs?
Yes. We prefer standard APIs and BAPIs where available and use UI automation for older screens. Many plants run more than one ERP, and we design for that.
Will bots interfere with shop-floor systems?
No. We read from MES exports and reporting databases and avoid writing to control systems. Plant control stays with your OT team.
How do you handle customer purchase orders in different formats?
We use document AI with layout-independent extraction and a confidence threshold. Low-confidence fields go to a reviewer before the sales order is created.
Do you cover multi-plant rollouts?
Yes. We build the process once with plant-specific configuration, then roll out in waves with plant-level UAT.
