TRAINING AND UPSKILLING

Teach your people to automate well.

Practitioner-led training for business users, developers, architects and leaders. Labs use your own processes, so skills carry straight into work.

THE MODEL

Training built on real work.

Generic courses teach the tool. They rarely teach how to automate a messy real process, handle exceptions or run a programme. Our trainers are practising automation engineers, and our labs use your own use cases.

We tailor each track to the audience. Business users learn to spot opportunities and build simple flows safely. Developers learn engineering discipline. Architects learn to design for scale and governance. Leaders learn to fund, govern and measure a programme.

Practitioner trainers.

People who build and support bots teach the courses.

Your use cases.

Labs are built on your processes, with sanitised data.

Measured progress.

Assessments before and after each track show what changed.

TRACKS

Four tracks, one discipline.

Business users and citizen developers

Opportunity spotting, Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, safe use of connectors and DLP policies, and when to hand over to IT.

01

Developers

Platform depth on UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or Blue Prism, plus REFramework-style design, queues, exceptions, testing and code review.

02

Architects

Infrastructure, orchestrator design, credential vaults, scaling, high availability, API-first integration and AI component design.

03

Leaders

Pipeline building, business cases, CoE operating models, governance, benefit tracking and responsible AI policy.

04
HOW IT WORKS

From skills gap to applied skill.

01

Assess

We assess current skills and agree goals for each audience with your sponsors.

02

Design the curriculum

We adapt the track, pick use cases from your processes and prepare sanitised lab data.

03

Deliver

Instructor-led sessions in person or online, with hands-on labs in a sandbox environment.

04

Apply

Participants build a capstone automation on a real use case, reviewed by our engineers.

05

Measure and support

Post-training assessments, a report for sponsors and optional office hours for follow-up questions.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

Can't see yours? Ask an automation architect

Do you issue vendor certifications?

No. Certifications are issued by the platform vendors. We prepare participants for the exams through practice and review sessions.

Can training run in person?

Yes. We deliver in person, online or a mix, depending on your locations and the audience.

Do we need platform licences for the labs?

Labs run in a sandbox. Depending on the platform, this uses community or trial editions, or a non-production tenant you provide.

Can citizen developers build automations safely?

Yes, within guardrails. We teach DLP policies, environment strategy and clear rules on which processes need IT involvement.

Can you train our leadership team separately?

Yes. The leaders track is a short, discussion-led programme focused on decisions, governance and measurement.
