Paperwork that moves as fast as freight.
We automate booking, documentation, tracking and billing work for carriers, forwarders and 3PLs. Shipments stop waiting on keyboards.
Every shipment creates a stack of documents.
A single consignment can generate a booking request, a commercial invoice, a packing list, a bill of lading or air waybill, customs entries, delivery notes and a freight invoice. Much of it arrives by email or portal and is keyed into a TMS or WMS by hand.
Margins are thin and customers expect live visibility. Operations teams spend hours checking carrier websites for status and reconciling freight bills against rate cards. That time comes straight out of margin.
Carriers, terminals and customs systems each have their own portals and formats.
Accessorial charges and rate mismatches lead to overbilling and delayed collections.
Customers want status updates without calling an account manager.
Where automation pays in logistics.
Booking and order entry
Read booking requests from email and customer portals and create shipments in the TMS with validated addresses and service codes.
01Shipment documentation
Extract data from commercial invoices and packing lists, then prepare bills of lading, air waybills and shipping instructions for review.
02Freight invoice audit
Compare carrier invoices to rate cards, contracts and actual shipment data, and raise disputes for overcharges and duplicate bills.
03Proof of delivery capture
Read signed delivery notes and POD images, match them to shipments and close orders so billing can start.
04Track and trace updates
Poll carrier portals and APIs, normalise status events and push exceptions such as delays and holds to customers and planners.
05Customs data preparation
Classify line items with suggested tariff codes for review, compile declarations and track clearance status.
06Warehouse operations support
Create inbound ASNs, reconcile cycle counts and generate dispatch documents from WMS data.
07Customer billing
Compile charges per shipment, apply contract rules and issue invoices with supporting documents attached.
08Claims and damages
Register damage and shortage claims, collect photographs and documents, and track carrier responses to closure.
09Considerations we design for.
- Customs declarations reviewed by a licensed person before submission
- Tariff code suggestions shown with confidence and source, never filed blindly
- Consignee personal data protected under the DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR
- GST e-way bill data validated against invoice and vehicle details
- Carrier portal credentials vaulted and rotated per carrier
- Event-driven triggers for status changes instead of blind polling where APIs allow
- Dispute evidence retained per shipment for the contract claim window
- Time-zone aware scheduling for global lanes
Faster billing, fewer overcharges.
POD to invoice
Billing starts as soon as delivery is confirmed.
Freight overcharges
Every carrier bill is checked against the contract.
Exception alerts
Customers hear about delays before they ask.
Document prep
Shipping documents are drafted from source data in minutes.
Can you work with many carrier portals?
Yes. We prefer carrier APIs and EDI. For portals without APIs, we build reusable adapters with health checks that detect layout changes.
Will AI file customs entries on its own?
No. AI suggests classifications and drafts declarations. A licensed customs professional reviews and submits.
How do you read handwritten proof of delivery notes?
Document AI reads printed fields reliably and flags handwriting or stamps it cannot read with confidence for human review.
Which TMS and WMS platforms do you work with?
We work with common commercial platforms and in-house systems. Integration is through APIs where available and UI automation otherwise.
