AUTOMATION ANYWHERE

Automation 360 bots, governed centrally.

We build and support Automation 360 bots with workload queues, clean exception handling and Control Room discipline. Including estates still finishing their move from v11.

OUR VIEW OF THE PLATFORM

Cloud-native control, desktop execution.

Automation 360 puts the Control Room in the browser and keeps execution on registered devices. Bots are authored in a web-based Bot Creator and built from versioned action packages. That suits organisations with distributed teams, a cloud-first IT stance and a need for one place to see every bot, device and credential.

It needs care in locked-down desktop environments, where device agents, proxies and browser extensions must be cleared with IT early. Package version drift between bots is a common source of silent failures. Very simple integrations are often better handled by direct API calls than by a bot at all.

Fits well.

Cloud-first organisations wanting central governance across many business units.

Fits with care.

Virtual desktop and Citrix-heavy estates that need careful device planning.

Often overkill.

Single-step notifications that a connector or webhook handles directly.

WHAT WE BUILD ON IT

What we build on Automation 360.

Queue-based unattended bots

Workload management queues feed device pools so transaction volume scales across Bot Runners without double processing.

01

Document Automation flows

Learning instances for invoices, purchase orders and forms, with confidence rules and validator queues for human review.

02

AARI assisted processes

Request forms and attended bots that let front-office staff trigger automations and approve exceptions from one interface.

03

API and REST task bots

REST, SOAP and database actions used ahead of UI steps, with retries and idempotent writes to target systems.

04

v11 to A360 migration

Bot Scanner reports, conversion, refactoring of unsupported commands and parallel runs before cut-over.

05

Operational dashboards

Bot Insight and Control Room audit data shaped into run, exception and licence-utilisation views for owners.

ENGINEERING STANDARDS

Standards we apply on Automation 360.

  • Action package versions pinned per bot and updated through a tested release
  • Credentials stored in Credential Vault lockers with least-privilege role access
  • Workload queues with unique transaction keys and defined retry counts
  • Try, catch and finally blocks around every external system interaction
  • Business and system exceptions reported with distinct status codes
  • Separate dev, test and production Control Rooms or folders with promotion rules
  • Run logs written in a consistent structure for audit and Bot Insight
  • SDD, runbook and support handover pack shipped with each release
HOW AN ENGAGEMENT RUNS

Discovery to stable production.

01

Assess

Review Control Room set-up, device estate, existing bots and package versions.

02

Design

Define queues, device pools, credential lockers and exception handling in the SDD.

03

Build

Develop bots with reusable sub-tasks and unit-test each against sample transactions.

04

UAT and release

Run UAT with business users, then promote with schedules and queue triggers.

05

Hypercare

Watch run outcomes, tune timeouts and hand over to support with a runbook.

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

Can't see yours? Ask an automation architect

Our bots are still on v11. Can you migrate them?

Yes. We run the Bot Scanner, triage bots into convert, refactor or retire, and run converted bots in parallel before decommissioning v11.

Do you work on cloud and on-premises Control Rooms?

We work on both deployment models and plan device connectivity, proxies and credential handling for each.

Can Document Automation handle our vendor invoice variety?

Usually, for structured and semi-structured invoices. We test against a sample of your real documents first and set confidence rules from those results.

How do you reduce Bot Runner licence waste?

We schedule bots into shared device pools, use queues to fill idle windows, and retire low-value bots after reviewing run history.
