STAFF AUGMENTATION

Specialists who join your team.

Screened automation developers, architects, analysts and AI engineers who work inside your programme. Onboarding takes weeks, not quarters.

THE MODEL

Your backlog, our engineers.

Staff augmentation suits teams that already have a programme, a backlog and a way of working, but lack specific skills or capacity. Our specialists take direction from your leads, use your tools and follow your release process.

We remain accountable for their quality. Each specialist has a delivery manager on our side, access to our architects for design reviews and a structured review at regular intervals. If the fit is wrong, we replace them promptly and manage the handover.

Fast start.

Shortlists usually follow within days, with onboarding inside a few weeks.

Your direction.

Specialists work to your sprint plan, tools and approval gates.

Our accountability.

Performance reviews, replacement and knowledge transfer are on us.

ROLES WE PROVIDE

The skills automation teams need.

RPA developers

UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate and Blue Prism developers who build state-machine processes with proper exception handling, logging and config.

01

Solution architects

Architects who design bot topology, orchestrator setup, credential management, queue design and API-versus-UI decisions.

02

Business analysts

Analysts who run process walkthroughs, write PDDs, quantify benefits and define UAT scenarios with process owners.

03

QA and test engineers

Testers who design regression suites, test data and negative cases for bots, including automated testing where the platform supports it.

04

Support engineers

L2 and L3 engineers who monitor bots, triage failures, fix selectors and keep bot SLAs on track.

06
HOW IT WORKS

From request to productive engineer.

01

Define the role

We agree the skills, platform versions, seniority, time zone overlap and security requirements with your hiring manager.

02

Shortlist and screen

We present screened candidates with practical exercise results. You interview the ones you want.

03

Onboard

We handle background checks, device and access requests, and a briefing on your standards and tools.

04

Deliver and review

The specialist works in your team. Our delivery manager runs regular check-ins with you and the engineer.

05

Replace or extend

If the fit is wrong, we replace promptly with a managed handover. If demand grows, we add people.

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

Can't see yours? Ask an automation architect

How quickly can a specialist start?

Shortlists typically arrive within days. Start dates depend on your access and security processes, and onboarding usually completes within a few weeks.

What if the specialist is not the right fit?

Tell us and we replace them promptly, with a handover so work in progress is not lost. Replacement terms are written into the agreement.

Do your developers hold platform certifications?

Many have completed vendor training. We screen on practical skill, because certifications alone do not prove someone can build a resilient bot.

Who owns the code they write?

You do. Code and documentation produced for you belong to you under the engagement agreement.

Can we convert a specialist to our own employee?

Yes, on terms agreed in advance. If permanent hiring is your aim, the hire-train-deploy model is designed for it.
